OcBot provides AI-assisted phone answering and lead handling tools for service businesses. The service may include call routing, AI voice interactions, call summaries, transcripts, lead capture, and SMS notifications.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You may use the service only if you can form a binding contract and are authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the service and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for configuring call forwarding correctly, maintaining access to your business phone numbers, and ensuring that any numbers connected to the service are lawfully controlled by you.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws relating to call recording, call monitoring, SMS messaging, marketing, privacy, customer disclosures, and consent requirements.

You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

By providing your mobile number and using the service, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to lead delivery, operational updates, and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code.

The service is not intended for emergency communications or life-critical situations. Do not rely on OcBot to place or handle emergency calls, including 911 or other emergency services.

Our service may rely on third-party providers such as telephony platforms, AI providers, hosting services, analytics tools, and messaging providers.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

If paid features are offered, you agree to pay any applicable fees presented to you before purchase or otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The website, service, software, branding, designs, content, and related materials are owned by OcBot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for limited rights to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you.

You retain responsibility for the business information, customer information, call handling instructions, and other content you provide to us.

You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and use that information solely to provide and improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription accuracy, perfect lead qualification, or that every caller interaction will produce a desired business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OcBot and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, customers, data, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or abusive.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
